The Space
This spacious retreat accommodates everyone comfortably with five bedrooms:
Four bedrooms feature private en-suite bathrooms (one on the main floor and three on the upper level).
The fifth bedroom, located on the lower level, includes two queen beds and shares a full bathroom down the hall.
All bedrooms and living spaces are equipped with new SMART TVs. Bring your streaming logins or enjoy access to our guest Amazon Prime account.
The living area boasts a large sectional perfect for unwinding after a busy day. The fully equipped kitchen features a double oven, outdoor gas grill, and ample storage, with two large drawers to keep your counters clutter-free. Three dining tables (indoor and outdoor) ensure everyone has a place to gather for meals.
Entertainment & Relaxation
Head to the lower level for hours of fun! Challenge your group to a game of pool, ping pong, darts, or poker. The sliding screen door leads to the lower deck, where you can soak in the fresh air and enjoy the scenic views.
Unwind in the outdoor hot tub, or gather around the firepit for late-night conversations and stargazing.
Guest Access
Guests have full access to the entire home, except for two locked closets reserved for contractors and housekeeping supplies.
Good to know
Owner's Club Access: Six Owner's Club cards are provided for access to local amenities, along with parking passes. Additional guest passes can be purchased at the Owner’s Club for $5.
Parking: Plenty of parking is available, with a scenic, tree-lined driveway to welcome you.

Booking Terms/House Rules
Our cancellation policy is as follows:
Guests will receive a 100% refund (minus the cancellation fee) if the reservation is canceled 45 days or more before the check-in date.
Guests will receive a 50% refund (minus the cancellation fee) if the reservation is canceled 30 to 44 days before the check-in date.
No refunds will be issued for cancellations made within 30 days of the check-in date.
Cancellation fee is 3% of the total charged.
Please consider buying travel insurance to protect yourself from anything that is not covered under the cancellation policy (weather, power outages, guest reasons for backing out, etc.).
